Aroma Touch Technique

The Aroma Touch Technique is a beautiful body supporting technique using doTERRA essential oils. The session takes approximately 40-45 minutes, and I set aside and allow the full 60 minutes within the session to answer any questions you may have. The goal of this technique is to restore the body, mind, and spirit to a state of homeostasis (balance). It also addresses these systemic constants in the body, to deliver a powerful shift in immunity, inflammation, and stress.

Adding the Aroma Touch Technique as part of your personal care routine is an amazing way to change how life happens in your world. Many body systems are supported through this clinical application of oils. The results are amazing! Not only do you relax during the session, but later, as you reflect back on your experience, you'll begin to notice some changes that could amaze you.

I believe so strongly in the support this technique offers your body, that I offer discount pricing when purchasing a package. It will save you money, but more importantly, it could offer drastic changes and improvements to your health.

The cost for Aroma Touch is $45 per session, with package options for additional savings.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair, with the option of the chair massage taking place in an open waiting room or in a private massage room.

In addition to many of the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of a chair massage is that it is done over your clothing. With a seated massage, which is typically shorter than a traditional massage, you can stop by for a quick pick me up, energizing session to get you through the rest of your hectic day, or a relaxation session, to help you chill before going home to start your busy afternoon/evening routine.

The cost for a chair massage is $1/minute, minimum of 5 minutes.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that some soreness is  common after the treatment, and one should drink plenty of water to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

The cost for Deep Tissue Massage is $1/minute, minimum of 30 minutes.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, percussion, and more to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

As part of a regular self-care routine, research shows that it can help lower blood pressure for up to 72 hours after a massage. Another research article showed that Swedish Massage can also positively impact one's heart rate. Both studies were performed in groups of women, with the control groups receiving a Swedish Massage weekly.

The cost for Swedish Massage is $1/minute, minimum of 30 minutes.
